These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reeloop (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Reeloop is an AI tool that generates faceless short-form video content. Given a topic, it produces a script, cinematic AI-generated video scenes, an AI voiceover, and caption timings, which you can download. AI output is generated automatically and provided “as is”; quality and accuracy can vary, and you are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that impersonates others or spreads harmful misinformation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any input you provide and that your use of generated output complies with the rules of any platform where you publish it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the topics and scripts you submit. Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI providers, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate and improve the Service.

Credits & billing

The Service runs on a credit model: 1 credit = 1 video generation. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Each billing cycle grants the credits for your plan; unused credits roll over while your subscription remains active. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal in one click. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are generally non-refundable, and credits have no cash value. If something goes wrong on our side, email us at the address below within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case and make it right where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeloop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
